Was looking for a place to grab a bite off of the 401 and found this great place ! We enjoyed the very flavourful Otter Creek burger and the jerk chicken sandwich ( absolutely amazing !) and an order of the garlic Parmesan fries with side gravy . Everything was fresh , prepared right in front of you and was delicious ! Super friendly as well ! Highly recommend this find .

AMAZING! Massive, flavourful burgers. The staff were so helpful with explaining the menu and making suggestions. The garlic fries were well worth the upgrade! You will not leave here feeling hungry!

Friendly service, clean, almost everything gluten free. Quality of ingredients was great...local cheese and meat. Can’t go too wrong; absolutely delicious homemade burgers. If I had to find a negative then I suppose it would be that some of the fries were overcooked and I had to throw a few out for that reason.

In May, passing through Kingston, we were looking for a restaurant that had gluten free meals and found Otter Creek. What a great find. The menu is safe for celiacs but regular buns are available for people who aren’t gluten free. Super clean, friendly service, inside and sidewalk seating. Food is good too. MAC’s bake shop shares the space and has good coffee and deserts, both gluten free and regular. This is an added bonus.

Oh my goodness. I just love it here. First time a couple weeks ago and I haven’t been able to stop thinking about it since... The burgers? To die for. Reminds me of pure joy wrapped in a bun. The fries (garlic fries)? Perfect balance of crispy delicious garlic goodness. I dream of that too. I will be back as soon as I can. Oh and the service? Phenomenal. Brilliant and very kind staff. Go here for some good food.

If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. If you are looking for a food truck for your next event, you need to have Otter Creek. We had their food truck on-site at our office for our company's 15th anniversary party and they were amazing to deal with, start to finish. Quick at replying to our initial inquiry, providing us different quotes, and professional the whole way through. From the moment they arrived on site they were friendly, enthusiastic and brought a fun energy to our celebration. And of course, the food was absolutely amazing and enjoyed by all of our guests. Nostalgically Delicious French Fries, made the old-fashioned way, with Garlic & Parmesan seasonings! How can anyone resist! The burgers taste amazing and actually leave you feeling full! Friendly Service Providers! They are patient while you decide on their menu options & are quick preparing your order, as well. I am so impressed with the food & service of this restaurant!
